  • How can I book a tour?
    You may book a tour on our official website. Go to the main page or a “Picking a tour” web-page and find the facility you are mostly interested in, then click “Order” button. You will be offered to learn Visiting Rules and submit your order.
  • How many days prior do I need to book a tour?
    A tour must be booked no less than in 2 weeks prior to the visiting date. We need this time to check your data and send an invitation to your e-mail.
  • How much does it cost?
    The regular cost of a tour is 650 rubles. For the preferential category, the cost is 250 rubles.
  • How can I pay for a tour?
    You may pay on our official website. After you submit an order, you will be redirected to the payment form. We will send a receipt on successful payment to your e-mail.
  • Where is the meeting place with the guide?
    Your guide will meet you at the security checkpoint. You will be offered to leave your belongings at storage cells and learn the safety instructions.
  • What’s the language of the tour?
    The tour is in Russian.
  • How long does the data check take?
    Data security check takes not more than two weeks. The administration of the facility will send a decision to your e-mail.
  • How can I check the status of my order?
    You may check it on our website. Just type your voucher number in “Check your order” field and press “Enter”. The voucher is sent to your e-mail immediately after submitting an order for a tour.
  • Can we have a tour for a big company of people?
    The maximum number of visitors is 20 people. In our facilities, we have individual tours for a small group of people, for a group of school kids and students and tourists from the tour agencies.
  • How long does a tour last?
    The length of a tour is different for each energy facility. You may find information on the duration of the event, cost and maximum amount of people under the upper part of the website page.
  • How can I get a refund?

    Refund is only possible in two cases:

    • the administration of the facility declined your admission to the tour;
    • the tour is cancelled by the tour organizer.

    We send money to your bank account immediately. The time it takes to have them on your card balance depends on the terms of your bank but no longer than 30 days.
